Bill O’Reilly was recently on the Late Show and talked to David Letterman about truth and accuracy in the news.
So of course Brian Williams came up.
Brian was suspended for lying about events while covering the Iraq war in 2003.
Bill found himself in a similar situation recently when his 1982 account of the Falklands war and his proximity to it was questioned. So it makes sense that Bill feels for Brian and hopes he gets reinstated.

At one point Letterman straight up asks O’Reilly if he’s ever lied on the air. And of course Bill couldn’t give a straight answer.
Yet again Bill O’Reilly manages to talk a whole lot and not really say anything.
