Of course Miz Carrie Underwood would change her outfit!
After walking the Billboard Music Awards red carpet in yellow and grey, Carrie changed into a black number that had a v-neck cut down to there.
And while we love that part of the look, we’re not loving the weird collar thing going on up top. And then there is the random gold belt and the unflattering big hair.
The revealing leg is definitely super foxy, but there’s something too bulky about the dress that overwhelmed her petite body.
We’ll call this one a half-win, half-loss.
