The Pretty Little Liars actress opted for a pink, yellow, and black number, which featured a sweetheart neckline to flaunt allll that cleavage! And the fact that it was figure-hugging?? Perfection!!
Lucy also topped off the look with midnight blue, strappy sandals, side-swept waves, silver baubles, and a clear clutch.
