Well this could change things.
New information has come to light that might end up helping clarify the investigation into Bobbi Kristina‘s death, especially in Nick Gordon‘s case.

A new report from law enforcement sources claim that Bobbi was partying with Whitney Houston at the Beverly Hilton bar the night before Whitney died, and got extremely drunk.
Shortly after, Bobbi Kristina went up to her room she drew a bath. It was there that she must have fallen asleep in the tub while she was intoxicated. When she woke up, there was water all over the room as the bathtub had flooded. Whoa!
Jose Baez, Nick’s attorney, is likely to use this particular incident to help prove or at least convince prosecutors that Gordon did nothing wrong to cause Bobbi Kristina’s state or ultimate death. Rather, she drank too much or took too many drugs and did the same thing that she had done at the Beverly Hilton years prior — but with more tragic results.
It might also be important to note that a source says that R&B scion was taken to the hospital for acute alcohol poisoning the night that her mother was found dead. While Whitney’s PR teams claims that it was for exhaustion, law enforcement officials have stated otherwise saying it was excessive alcohol consumption.
This could all be really good news for Gordon, especially with the recent report from the medical examiner’s preliminary autopsy for BK — revealing that there was no obvious evidence of foul play.
