Just in the nick of time!
We’ve heard mixed reports from behind the scenes of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt‘s ongoing custody battle.
The last we’d heard they were struggling to reach an agreement before their next court date scheduled for December 4 — and apparently they succeeded, with just days to spare!

Angie’s lawyer confirmed the news in a statement to Reuters, saying:
“A custody arrangement was agreed to weeks ago, and has been signed by both parties and the judge.
The agreement, which is based on the recommendations of the child custody evaluator, eliminates the need for a trial. The filing and details of the agreement are confidential to protect the best interests of the children.”
Guess we’ll never know the terms they agreed on. But what’s important is, after two long years, the battle is finally over!
Now the Ex-Mr. And Mrs. Smith can get on to dividing up property… Oof…
