Bristol Palin and her second baby daddy, Dakota Meyer, are really trying to make coparenting work!
In case you didn’t know, the duo previously battled it out over their little girl, Sailor Grace, until a judge ruled they would have joint custody of their four-month-old.

Luckily, it seems Bristol and Dakota have patched their relationship up, with the momma of two even signing off on the baby’s name change.
Yes, according to TMZ, the 25-year-old has agreed to let Sailor take his last name after he filed a petition for a name change from Sailor Grace Palin to Sailor Grace Palin Meyer.
AND her ex is also finally listed on the birth certificate.
It’s all about compromise, people!
The parents were even seen posing with their daughter on Mother’s Day looking like a happy family (above)!
We’re happy to see they’re making it work.
