Bruce Jenner’s Prosecution For Being Invovled In A Deadly Car Crash May Be Dependent Upon Data Found Inside The Vehicles

Can Bruce Jenner‘s innocence be proven with information found in the four vehicles involved in the car accident that killed one woman?
As we reported last Saturday, the 65-year-old rear ended a Lexus which was pushed into oncoming traffic and tragically struck by a Hummer. There were also reports that a Prius in front of the Lexus may have made an abrupt stop.

Either way, the Olympian may be prosecuted for vehicular manslaughter if it was discovered that the athlete’s Escalade was following the Lexus too closely.
However, the blame for this incident may be proven with data found in the black box of each car.
Similar to that of an airplane, the black box in each vehicle has pertinent figures — including speed, braking, the position of the accelerator — that could determine the distance between each party, and how fast they were going.
The investigation is currently being conducted by the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. and once it is complete, their findings will be sent to the L.A. County District Attorney for review.
We send our thoughts and prayers to the family members of those hurt, and we hope justice will be served in this horrific tragedy.
