Bruce Springsteen's Cousin Died Of Overdose On Tour!

And the cause of death has been determined.

On October 26th, Bruce Springsteen‘s cousin and assistant road manager Lenny Sullivan was found dead while touring with the E Street Band in Kansas City.

He was found at the Intercontinental Hotel not long before Bruce had to hit the stage, prompting The Boss to cancel his show. The death was ruled accidental due to “acute amphetamine and heroin intoxication.”

A statement on Springsteen’s website reads, “Lenny Sullivan, Bruce’s cousin and the assistant road manager of the E Street Band for the last 10 years, passed away today at the age of 36. A warm and sensitive person, he was beloved by Bruce, the Band, the crew, and the entire Thrill Hill family.”
