Was a change really necessary?
Cara Delevingne already looked pretty comfy in her Stella McCartney trousers and cut-out top at the Met Gala yesterday, but she switched outfits anyway for the after-party.
The model basically wore a similar version of her ball ensemble, but chose ripped-up skinnies and an even more revealing cut-out top to wear under a leather jacket.
That O-ring top looks like something out of a bondage movie!
Bet she had lots of fun!
Prior to the gala, Cara showed off her sheer Stella McCartney panties, which also bore her name.
