Well this is disappointing.
Legendary model Cheryl Tiegs had some pretty controversial things to say about the newest Sports Illustrated Swimsuit covers.
Sadly, the former SI model didn’t agree with the magazine’s decision to feature Ashley Graham.
In case you didn’t know, Graham is the first “curvasexalicious” model to ever cover the special issue!

But in an interview with E! News, Cheryl dissed the 28-year-old, saying:
“I don’t like that we’re talking about full-figured women because it’s glamorizing them because your waist should be smaller than 35 [inches]. That’s what Dr. Oz said, and I’m sticking to it. No, I don’t think it’s healthy. Her face is beautiful. Beautiful. But I don’t think it’s healthy in the long run.”
Sigh. The 68-year-old is entitled to her own opinion, but wow.
What’s wrong with embracing your curves?? Wouldn’t it be beautiful if more people could feel great in their own skin without someone telling them otherwise?
