Pregnancy announcement stories are always so sweet — and sometimes funny!
Coco Austin‘s is no different, and considering all the emotion she felt, it’ll be a story to tell for a long time to come!

When Coco found out it was official that she was pregnant, she ran downstairs to tell husband Ice-T about it, only to terrify him to the point of thinking there had been a horrible tragedy!
Coco told the tale to reporters:
“I took the test and when I found out, I ran downstairs. He was on the computer and I was bawling, screaming. He thought someone died.”
Awww — Poor Ice!
As surprised as Ice-T was to see his wife bawling, and then hear the good news, Coco was just as surprised when she found out herself:
“I was so thrown off that our pregnancy happened really fast. It happened out of the blue, and I was like, ├óΓé¼╦£Wow, wait a second!’ I was told it was going to take a lot longer than it [did] so it threw me off.”
The couple, who revealed their pregnancy initially on the taping of their new show, Ice and Coco, still can’t believe it’s happening to them. Coco explains:
“You never think it could really happen to you ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ that you can actually make a human being ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ and when you do, you’re like, ├óΓé¼╦£Wow!’ Your body takes over and does it itself. You’re not putting the hands and feet together ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ your body’s cooking it and it’s amazing. It’s a miracle how life can happen. I never thought I would have this feeling, but it’s an overhaul of seeing the world differently. I’m so not like Coco from a year ago. I’m a totally different Coco.”
We are so happy for the happy couple — even as they still ride the tidal wave of emotion early on in the pregnancy! Here’s to a happy and healthy baby!
