Uh Oh! Constantine Maroulis' Domestic Dispute Allegedly Started Over Cheating Accusations!

Find out who was supposedly being unfaithful!
American Idol alum Constantine Maroulis was arrested twice within the span of a week because of drama with his baby momma!
First, he was locked up — and quickly bailed out — after allegedly assaulting Angel Reed in their New Jersey home. Only a few days later, he was once again thrown in the slammer, but this time because he violated a restraining order she had taken out on him, by sending her emails.

And just like the first arrest, bail wasn’t a problem.
Now, we’re learning new details about what exactly started the alleged attack!
Angel’s lawyer says that Constantine supposedly got violent after the mother of his daughter, Malena, accused him of cheating, saying:

“The initial argument started when Reed confronted Mr. Maroulis with photos and emails she found proving he was continuing an affair with a married mother of a child at their daughter’s school.”

Her lawyer then describes the performer’s alleged reaction, and the picture the attorney paints isn’t a pretty one:

“Mr. Maroulis flew into a rage, grabbed her by her hair and threw her violently to the floor, resulting in an injury to the right side of her head, and right knee. While Ms. Reed was lying helpless on the floor, Mr. Maroulis viciously kicked her twice in [the groin]. … Ms. Reed locked herself in her bedroom and called the police. Hearing Ms. Reed on the phone with 911, Mr. Maroulis ran from the home. Once the police arrived at the scene and saw how badly Ms. Reed was injured they were compelled, by law, to find Mr. Maroulis and arrest him, which they did.”

However, Constantine’s legal representation is adamantly denying Angel’s claim, saying that the fight actually broke out when the singer tried to break up with Angel. That’s when he says she attacked him.
The former flames will go to court on August 24 for the case, but the former Idol contestant will have to make a second visit on the 26th, since he broke the terms of his restraining order.
Who do U think is telling the truth, Perezcious readers?
