The Craziest Baby Products Of 2011

The Baby Guy's Guide To The Questionable Products of ABC Kids
The ABC Kids Expo is the largest trade show for the juvenile market in North America. The event features the latest and greatest products for kids, and while most of the stuff is really amazing, there are some products that are a little off insanely ridiculous!
We had our special correspondent The Baby Guy‘s Jamie Grayson attend the event and give us his perspective. Check it out below.

The Baby Guy’s Guide To The Questionable Products of ABC Kids:

CLOTHING AND ACK-CESSORIES
Looking like a cross between costumes from Gladiator and 1-800-Flowers, ToeBlooms strive to make your wee lady look like an Anne Geddes portrait gone awry.
Celebrate the Christening of your little lady with a headband by Little Things Mean a Lot. The catch? This headband is designed to double as a garter when she gets married! Check out the inspirational poetry included! SOMEONE get these products to Mariah Carey NOW!
We’ve all seen footed onesies. If there’s one thing I HATE it’s when babies feet come out of a footed onesie(?). Thankfully, Babyankees has designed elastic bands to go around your baby’s ankles to hold their feet in-place…while they’re already in a footed onesie. WHAT? Your baby is in a footed onesie-WHERE are their feet going to go? Moving on…
Srsly, it just get’s better! Read the rest of the list …AFTER THE JUMP!

Need an outfit that makes it easier for an older sibling to pick up the new arrival? Check out the Poche Suit. This is a onesie with lots of exterior hand grips to “help” them hold the baby. Yep. And the display scared me.
MULTI-PURPOSE MAMAS
Nothing sucks more than not having easy access to bottles, wipes and 40 toys at once, right? Thankfully, The HippMamaBelt wants moms to feel like glamorous construction workers by adding several fun prints to a re-purposed tool-belt├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥INCLUDING a sexy Leopard Print design! If I don’t see a Kardashian in this soon, I need someone to make a phone call.
If you’re REALLY trying to multi-task (or just incredibly bored), make sure to check out this Nursing Table by Lakshi Innovations. It’s basically a TV cart with a changing pad on it. Sit down, pull it up, start to breastfeed the baby. Need to switch sides? The pad tilts and you flip the baby around. Now you can have ABSOLUTELY zero contact with your child!
By nature, babies sometimes wiggle. That’s why they’re cute. Sometimes this can interfere with changing diapers, but it’s never really a big deal. However, one company decided that it’s ├óΓé¼┼ôeasier├óΓé¼┬¥ to use a straighjacket to secure your baby to the table and then change their diaper. The Hulabye Happy Changer adds a couple more steps to an event you want to get over as soon as you can. You think Joan Crawford could’ve used something like this to keep Christoper tied to the bed? Hmmm…..
NO WORDS
Last, but certainly not least, I am sure we’re all concerned about the obesity epidemic we have here in America. Thankfully, there’s a teething toy designed to make kids aware of healthy eating habits. The Appeteethers by Little Toader are designed to look like chicken wings and BBQ ribs!! I don’t think I need to elaborate on this any longer.
Disclaimer: Manufacturers, take this with a grain of salt. You know I heart you all.
