Rehab does a body good!
Eva Mendes is back for good from her treatment facility in Utah and looking better than ever.
The actress, who checked herself in last month to deal with some issues, went out to dinner with her long-term and low-key boyfriend, director George Gargurevich, at Madeo’s in Beverly Hills on Monday night.
The pair exited the restaurant separately. Mendes was in good enough spirits that she even signed some autographs on the way out.
