Fighting Mad

Lindsay Lohan‘s lawyers are fighting mad that the recovering starlet’s toxicology results were leaked, revealing that she was allegedly over twice the legal limit to drink and drive and also had cocaine in her system when she was arrested for DUI in May.
Lohan’s attorney, Blair Berk, tells the New York Daily News, “This is an ongoing investigation. It is shameful that law enforcement would be selling stories, let alone unverified ones.”
Uh huh.
Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney, says, “Our office has not received the final toxicology reports – only preliminary results – and the police have not formally filed a case yet.”
Lindsay is expected in court in August.
