Just keep swimming!
As we say goodbye to 2015, one of the things we’re most excited about is finally getting to catch up with Nemo and friends in Finding Dory!
It’s been 13 years since we last saw Ellen DeGeneres make her animated mark as the forgetful Pacific regal blue tang, but luckily Disney and Pixar haven’t been stingy when it comes to teasing us about the Finding Nemo sequel.

In fact, they even released new character designs for Ty Burrell and Kaitlin Olson‘s sea creatures on Wednesday — and they could not be cuter!
The Modern Family star spoke to Entertainment Weekly about his differently-abled beluga whale Bailey, saying:

“My character isn’t great at his own sonar capability, and Destiny has trouble swimming straight.”

Destiny would be the name of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia star Kaitlin’s character — a whale shark who has her own battles to overcome:

“We totally get on each other’s nerves. I like to think I’m a shark, but Bailey calls me a whale, and I make fun of his head, because it’s gigantic.”

These two seem right at home with Nemo and his little fin and Marlin’s over-protectiveness!
Ellen, Ty, and Kaitlin will be joined by Diane Keaton, Idris Elba, Albert Brooks, Hayden Rolence, Eugene Levy, Ed O’Neill, Willem Dafoe, Vicki Lewis, and Dominic West, and we absolutely can’t wait to see what all their new characters look like.
Make sure to catch Finding Dory when it swims to the a theater near you June 17, 2016!
