Floyd Mayweather Jr. Denied House Arrest By Judge

As we recently mentioned, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is currently about two weeks into a 3 month prison sentence.
He’s claimed that his doctor:

“[├óΓé¼┬ª] expressed deep concern for [Floyd’s] health and explained that any lengthy period of time with an inappropriate diet, coupled with lack of regular exercise, will most likely lead to irreversible damage to Mr. Mayweather’s physique.”

So he sent a plea to the judge, asking that he be able to serve the rest of his sentence at home.
Seems like the judge realized the true punishment aspect of jail was his inability to train properly, so letting him out wouldn’t be a punishment at all.
Like sending a naughty child to their room where there’s a TV and video games and snacks.
So that’s why the judge straight up denied Floyd’s request.
The judge said the boxer’s condition is:

“[├óΓé¼┬ª] self-induced as water is made available to [Floyd] twenty-four hours a day [and Floyd] chooses not to eat the food provided.”

The judge also commented on Floyd saying he won’t be able to train at a world class level anymore, saying:

“While the training areas and times provided to Floyd may not be consistent with his prior regimen, he is indeed provided sufficient space and time for physical activity if he so chooses.”

We said it before (and the judge did too) and we’ll say it again├óΓé¼┬ª you do the crime, you gotta do the time.
And his crime was domestic abuse. We have trouble sympathizing with him.
