Now we just need us some Dexter/Nurse Jackie crossover action…
Former Dexter brainchild Clyde Phillips is taking his celebrated showrunning/executive producing skills to Showtime’s dark comedy Nurse Jackie, which has been renewed for a fifth season with Phillips├óΓé¼Γäó inclusion.
After splitting time between family in Connecticut and the Dexter set in El Lay for over four years, Clyde left the moral murderer show and created a new deal with Lionsgate TV, making East Coast-based show a condition.
Coincidentally, the reason Nurse Jackie’s original creators/showrunners Linda Wallem and Liz Brixius left after four seasons, is because they live on the West Coast and Nurse Jackie films in New York.
Thus, Clyde found his perfect fit!
Huzzah!
Now go watch two half-hour episodes of critically acclaimed Nurse Jackie and call us in the morning!
