
Being the most famous singer in the world is no picnic, and mainting a healthy diet while performing sold-out tours and recording an album is nearly impossible.
But Lady Gaga does it. Know why? Because she’s totally kickass.
Oh, and also because she fainted at a concert in New Zealand last year and doesn’t want that to happen again.
“It’s all about salsa with grain chips, turkey slices, hummus, and coconut water,” said her choreographer about her eating habits.
That’s a great combination! Salsa is full of lycopene, which has been shown to decrease chances of getting cardio-vascular disease, cancer, and diabetes. Turkey slices are packed with lean protein and the hummus provides some essential fats to fill you up.
