Heidi Montag Reflects On Her Plastic Surgeries & The 'Pain' Behind Her Size F Breast Implants: 'They Were Falling Through The Skin'

Heidi gets real about her surgeries!
Heidi Montag‘s plastic surgeries seem to still haunt her!
The former The Hills starlet has previously spoken out about her “regrets” over those ten procedures, but in an exclusive interview with People, she revealed she has a bit of a different perspective on it.

The 29-year-old actually confessed:

“I don’t want to say I regret it 100 percent because I’ve tried to grow from it.”

Well, that’s a positive way of thinking about it!
Almost three years ago, Heidi even underwent surgery to reduce her infamous F-cup to a D, saying of her decision:

“They were so heavy they were falling through the skin. It was just too heavy for my body and I was in pain and uncomfortable all the time. I thought, ‘What do I need this big of breasts for?'”

The reality TV star is in a good place right now, sharing “my priorities have shifted,” and that she’s learned from her experiences:

“I think it’s important not to pigeonhole yourself in past mistakes but to learn from them and move on.”

Especially since she echoed some of her other statements about her excessive surgeries:

“I was in way over my head with the surgeries. I had no idea what I was getting into or that it was a lifelong commitment. It was very challenging, both physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, on my husband and on our lives.”

You might remember Spencer Pratt advised her against the surgeries, but Heidi added that it affected more than just their relationship, admitting:

“It was a huge turning point for us in such a negative way. There was a fallout with The Hills and a lot of backlash with the things we were doing. We spent more money and it was so unnecessary. Sometimes I can’t believe I did that to us and to me. It’s been a lot to overcome.”

Yikes! Well, we hope she’s not too hard on herself. After all, hindsight is 20/20.
All that matters is that she’s happy and healthy now!
