Hope Solo is having a tough – big time!
The soccer star, who was eliminated Tuesday night Dancing With The Stars, would normally be doing the pretty-routine exit tour that is given to most axed contestants, which includes a spot on Jimmy Kimmel Live the night of boot, and then an interview on the following day’s Good Morning America, but due to it being during the semi-final rounds of the competition, the network has instead decided to promote the remaining three contestants – Ricki Lake, Rob Kardashian and J.R. Martinez – before the finale next week!
However, it may in fact be to her benefit, as during her Extra interview, she got choked up and later refused to speak with any press, which, according to her rep, was because she was too “emotional.” She’s returned home to Seattle until the finale.
Aww! Poor thing!
It must stink to get so close to the end, only to get eliminated!
