Two Iowa Pilots Charged For Bird Harrassment

bird-harrassment-case-web.jpg
Looks like two men in Iowa need to leave them birds ALONE!
Prosecutors in Des Moines have been forced to charge Paul Austin and Craig Martin for flying too low, disturbing migratory birds.
The worse part? They broke the Airborne Hunting Act..a FEDERAL law.
Now the battle in the court room is taking place to see whether or not the act is constitutional.
The defense argues that birds fly because…birds fly. The Airborne Hunting Act not only protects the birds from hunting but also “harrassment.”
The defense states that it is impossible to prove that a bird is “harrassed” or that any cognition took place when the pilots disturbed them.
We’ll see if a judge takes the case or dismisses it…
Bird dramz is always the birds!
