Ja Rule & Billy McFarland SLAPPED With Class-Action Lawsuit For Fyre Festival!

Ja Rule is getting sued for Fyre Festival.
The Fyre Festival was supposed to be overflowing with supermodels and Instagram hotties, but it was the exact opposite!

Feral dogs roamed a landscape dotted with FEMA tents, and not the luxurious accommodations promised for the very expensive ticket price.
Well, before the smoke has even cleared (literally!), Ja Rule and partner Billy McFarland are getting sued for lying and fraud.
One unlucky attendee is attempting to put together a class-action lawsuit, and calling the festival a “get rich quick scam,” alleging that Ja and Billy knew it was a disaster months beforehand.
The suit, filed by celeb lawyer Mark Geragos and obtained by TMZ, claims that Ja and Billy completely lied about the festival’s accommodations and safety. The suit also states that people paid between $1K and $100K to purchase tickets and were then left stranded. The tents are also mentioned, as are the alleged wild dogs that were seen around the area.
Finally, the lawsuit claims celebrities were warned not to attend, because these conditions were already known.
Yikes!
The rapper and his partner have a whole lotta ‘splainin’ to do. We wonder how they’ll get out from under this whole mess.
We’ll keep you posted.
