Jane Fonda Hits The Boards!

The economy is so bad that a lot of elderly citizens are returning to work.
And reports are that 70 year-old Oscar winner Jane Fonda will be returning to Broadway after 46 years.
Fonda is set to perform in 33 Variations next year.
The play was written and will be directed by Moises Kaufman.
33 Variations is the story of “Beethoven’s fascination with a trivial waltz and the modern-day musicologist Katherine Brandt (Fonda) who sets out to discover the root of his obsession.”
Oh, sounds like a winner!
And in a recent statement, Fonda says “I am very excited about being in Moises’ new play. I can’t wait to get back on stage with him in this role that I understand so well. It’s been 40-some years!”
Fonda made her Broadway debut back in 1960 and was last on stage back in 1963.
Let’s see if this one doesn’t suck!
And hopefully Fonda doesn’t slip up this time and say the word “cunt” on stage.
