Joely Richardson Speaks On Her Sister's Death

It’s almost been a year since the untimely passing of Natasha Richardson.

Now her sister, Nip/Tuck‘s Joely Richardson is opening up about how she has dealt with the death.

The day after Natasha’s funeral Joely went right back to work. She explains: “A strange autopilot kicks in; your psyche puts your work day into a different compartment from your private life. I├óΓé¼Γäóm not kidding ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ my first shot back on set was reacting to someone dying.├óΓé¼┬¥

Joely goes on to say:

“The shock shatters you on a cellular level, and it takes time for the pieces to come back together, albeit in a different formation. So much of what I am is who Tasha was, and I think, sharing all those formative years, there is level of merging. . . I cannot imagine that there will ever be a day when I don├óΓé¼Γäót think of Tasha.├óΓé¼┬¥

Sad.

Now Joely has made plans to move to New York with her daughter Daisy for two months to be closer to her sister’s two sons with husband Liam Neeson.

Hopefully seeing a little bit of Natasha in the kids will help the healing process.
