Katie's Not Going Anywhere

Despite lackluster ratings, CBS is sticking behind their evening news host, Katie Couric.
“She has a five-year contract with CBS to anchor the evening news,” CBS News President Sean McManus said on Thursday. “All of us, including Katie, expect her to be anchoring the evening news in her fifth year.”
It’s probably cheaper keeping her than paying out her contract.
Unless she continues to destroy their ratings even more!
