Keith Richards Says He Didn't Attack Swedish Journalist

Keith Richards is denying claims that he attacked Swedish journalist Markus Larsson while on a promotional tour for his new autobiography.

The journalist had given The Rolling Stones a scathing concert review back in 2007, and had described them as “amateurs,” which Keith had demanded a public apology for at the time.

Would meeting this man again really incite so much anger in Keith that he’d hit him?

Here’s what a spokesman for Richards had to say about the situation:

“At the conclusion of the 20min interview, Keith Richards jokingly tapped the journalist on the head after his questions got a bit silly.”

TAPPED? There’s a big difference between tapping and attacking, Keith.

Either way, it’s probably best to keep your hands to yourself during interviews. Something to keep in mind, bb!
