Don’t understand why we’re still talking about the Taylor Swift/Kanye West feud in 2019?
Neither does Kim Kardashian West, apparently!
As we reported, the Lover songstress dished on her famous beef with the Ghost Town rapper in a new interview with Rolling Stone, going into detail about her toxic relationship with the “two-faced” Grammy winner.
Essentially, Tay broke down the events leading up to why she was so pissed about Yeezy’s line in his song Famous, explaining there was a “kind of a chain reaction of things” before that infamous phone call took place.

Kanye has yet to respond to the new article, but his wife apparently has some thoughts about the whole thing, according to RadarOnline.
A source told the outlet Kimmy Kakes “can’t understand” why Taylor is still talking about her and her hubby, claiming the KUWTK star thinks the music icon is “jealous” of her life! The insider dished:
“Kim hates Taylor and she can’t understand why she’s always talking about her… Kim thinks she has everything in life. A husband, kids, great family and she thinks Taylor is probably just jealous of her.”
LOLz!
Kim, we say this with love:
T. Swift barely even mentioned her in the Rolling Stone article: it was really about the 29-year-old’s relationship with Kanye, and how she previously felt like she needed his respect as an artist after the “Imma let you finish” fiasco at the 2009 VMAs.
Swift said said:
“The world didn’t understand the context and the events that led up to it. Because nothing ever just happens like that without some lead-up. Some events took place to cause me to be pissed off when he called me a bitch. That was not just a singular event. Basically, I got really sick of the dynamic between he and I. And that wasn’t just based on what happened on that phone call and with that song — it was kind of a chain reaction of things.”
Still, the starlet did subtly shade KKW by referencing the footage the reality star covertly recorded and posted online showing part of Tay’s phone call with Kanye, proving she had heard some of the Famous track.
While recalling a conversation she had with ‘Ye ahead of the 2015 VMAs, she quipped:
“He called me up beforehand — I didn’t illegally record it, so I can’t play it for you.”
Ha!
So, sure, there was a bit of shade, but we don’t think Tay threw it because she’s “jealous” of Kim.
