Kim Kardashian West doesn’t want to be associated with her husband’s controversial beliefs!
While the KUWTK star isn’t surprised by Kanye West‘s recent Donald Trump-loving antics — she doesn’t want people to think she believes the same thing!

A source told Us Weekly of the reality star’s current conflict:
“Kim isn’t mad about [the Trump] tweets. But she’s worried that people will think she shares the same views.”
Which is exactly why she tweeted her side of the story last week:
“She was worried if she stayed silent, fans would take it as her not having an opinion or agreeing with him.”
Just because the rapper’s political views are being aired out now doesn’t mean the parents of three haven’t had these conversations before:
“They’ve always had their own opinions and been their own people. This is the Kanye that Kim has always known.”
And once again shutting down rumors that there’s any drama between ‘Ye and Kris Jenner, the insider added:
“The reports of him and Kris having explosive fights and Kim being pissed are comical and couldn’t be further from the truth.”
Ultimately, it seems like this all might be a ploy for Yeezy to get more publicity for his upcoming album:
“He did exactly the same thing the last time he had an album coming out. This is Kanye ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ this is his thing!”
Should we all just ignore him and see if he goes away???
