Hmm… KStew risking a career move for romance??
We know she’s head over heels with Robert Pattinson, but she’s also very dedicated to her craft.
Still, an alleged friend of Kristen Stewart has come forward to whisper “the truth” about her decision to drop out of Focus.
After it was reported that her choice came from an uncomfortable feeling of age difference with new co-star Will Smith, the source says:
“Kristen did not leave because of the age difference between her and Will. She didn├óΓé¼Γäót have any problem at all with Ben Affleck├óΓé¼Γäós age, and he├óΓé¼Γäós 40 years old. Initially, Kristen was really excited about doing the project, but now she just wants to keep her options open and wants to focus on her relationship with Rob. Filming Focus would have conflicted with spending time with Rob, and she doesn├óΓé¼Γäót want to take any chances. She meant it when she said Rob was her number one priority. Her dream job, right now, would be to work on another film with Rob. Then they could be together all the time.”
Uhhh….
We’re pretty sure she wants to lose the Twilight stigma.
Working with Robert again so soon would keep the memory of Edward and Bella alive and the growth of a serious career at bay. But hey, Elizabeth Taylor did it and still won a couple of Oscars, so maybe she can too!
We’re just not really buying this. She probably just dropped out because Ben Affleck seemed to be a big factor in her taking the role in the first place. And as soon as he bounced, so did she!
