Kristen Stewart ain’t got no time for chauvinistic pigs!
In the June issue of Harper’s Bazaar UK, the 25-year-old dishes on what it’s like to be an actress in a male-dominated field.
And she reveals that it’s totally not fair!
The Twilight star exclaims:
“Women inevitably have to work a little bit harder to be heard. Hollywood is disgustingly sexist. It’s crazy. It’s so offensive it’s crazy.”
That’s terrible considering many Hollywood starlets are equally if not MORE talented than their male counterparts!
However, the Los Angeles native also has beef with fame itself!
She said:
“Fame is the worst thing in the world. Especially if it’s pointless. When people say, ‘I want to be famous’ Why? You don’t do anything.”
And although in the issue she wears head-to-toe Chanel, don’t expect KStew to be a stick-thin model!
“I’m a little bigger than sample size when I’m eating cheeseburgers and am happy and comfortable├óΓé¼┬ª If I’m stressed or working, the weight falls off. My weight and my sleep are tied to my nervous system. Sometimes I’ll sleep for 12 hours a night and sometimes sleep just doesn’t exist for me for a couple of months.”
We applaud Kristen for speaking her mind! Make your voice loud and clear, girl!
