Miz Allen confessed to Australia’s radio station 2Day FM that she shed around 40lbs since giving birth last January by surviving on a variety of delicious fried crisps:

”I just eat a lot of crisps, I’m not really eating a lot of proper meals.”

The 29-year-old singer went on to reveal that the crisp diet isn’t the only thing that’s keeping her thin!
She also attributes the grueling tour schedule to her svelte successes:

”I think it’s touring and dancing and probably, you know, the not wanting to eat room service thing. I don’t really like food being mass produced, you look at those kitchens and they’re huge just I don’t like it.”

Chips and dancing may not be the healthiest or most doctor recommended nutrition plan out there — but YOU GO, SHEEZUS!
