When all else fails, you blame the paparazzi.
Earlier we reported that Mad Men Star January Jones was involved in a hit-and-run a few blocks away from her house. Reports explained that she lost control of her SUV and crashed into three parked cars.
The LAPD confirmed the crash, but now January is coming forward to explain that she was trying to avoid the paparazzi when she crashed into the cars. An officer on the scene said there were others who claimed that she was being pursued by the paparazzi as well and that there was no evidence of drugs or alcohol use.
The police also want to clarify that January will not be charged with a hit-and-run, as she did return to return to exchange information with the owners of the other vehicles.
