As much as he wants to, Miguel will probably never forget his performance at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards.
Why? Well, he’s gotten a lot of grief over the years about it — who could forget his memorable yet disastrous jump that reportedly injured two women??

It’s been two years since the incident, and while the first woman, Khyati Shah, almost filed a lawsuit against the singer, she ended up not pursuing it.
However, the other lady — who claimed to have also been injured by the 29-year-old singer — is lawyering up and filing a lawsuit against Miguel.
Cindy Tsai is saying her head came in full and hard contact with the stage.

Yikes.
The alleged victim is suing Miguel — obvs — and the MGM Grand Hotel, where the event was held, for negligence and is seeking damages to cover medical bills, lost wages, as well as pain and suffering.
Miguel and the hotel have yet to respond to any comments regarding this issue.
