Head-to-toe glam!!
Not only Mindy Kaling make an entrance at the Costume Designers Guild Awards in Beverly Hills on Saturday, she most definitely made an impression too!
The HIGHlarious actress slash writer donned an one-of-a-kind turquoise blue gown whipped up by Salvador Perez, the guild’s president and costume designer on The Mindy Project.
The lacy one-shoulder and fishtail train are everything!
Mindy even divulged on her custom frock:
“It felt like I was getting married, so much attention was paid to me looking my absolute best. When you have a gown custom-fit to you, there├óΓé¼Γäós not the hell of trying on dresses and your ego getting hurt because it doesn├óΓé¼Γäót fit in certain places.”
And does this gown fit her perfectly or what??
Of course it probably could have stood on its own, but we also love that Mindy accented with gold jewelry, peep-toe pumps, and a silver clutch.
SO not overdone!
