New Zealand Billboard Is Literally Covered In Rabbit Pelts! It's Advertising WHAT??

$There's a billboard in New Zealand that is straight up covered in rabbit furs, it\'s kinda gross.$
In Wellington, New Zealand, there is a pizzeria called Hell Pizza, and they’ve got a unique way to advertise their new pie.
The new pizza is Rabbit Pizza (gross) so what better way to advertise than on a giant billboard! That’s totally normal and acceptable!
Except this particular billboard was entirely covered in rabbit pelts.
Yes, the fur from dead rabbits. The real fur.
The gross/clever billboard reads:

“New for Easter. Rabbit Pizza. Made from real rabbit. Like this billboard.”

The thing is, New Zealand apparently has a rabbit problem. They’re not cute bunnies there, they’re a pest.
There was still obviously a lot of international backlash, so the pizzeria actually responded on their Facebook page, writing:

“As well as being a delicious meat, and even quite cute, rabbits are unfortunately also a noted pest that is damaging to the New Zealand environment, particularly in the South Island.”

Delicious, cute and a pest. We guess rabbit is okay. To each their own.
Seems like a waste of fur to us though!
