No pain, no gain?
Poor Rami Malek may have had the biggest night of his life Sunday night at the Oscars when he won the award for Best Actor, but quickly afterwards he was brought back down to earth — literally!

The 37-year-old took a “serious and painful” fall off the stage after the show concluded late last night, hitting the ground while holding his Best Actor statue. Oh no!!!
Paramedics were called in to treat the actor, who reportedly “looked surprised” after taking the tumble, eventually being taken to a private area backstage so the medical professionals could get a look at him.
Ultimately, he showed no serious signs of injury while fielding questions in the press room later that night, so hopefully all’s well that ends well; his reps had no comment on the fall.
