The Pitbull/LiLo Fight Is Gettin' Nasty!!

You all remember us telling you about Lindsay Lohan suing Pitbull over the “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan” lyric right??
Well, after a number of apologies, Pitbull is done being Mr. Nice 305. If LiLo wants to persist, he’s gonna call her out on all of her crap too!
You seee, Lindsay filed the lawsuit as a resident of Nassau County in New York. Because, you know, we see her in NY allll the time…
So Pitbull is fighting back, claiming she’s been a permanent resident of California since 2004, citing each and every one of her legal woes in the Golden State and stating:

And given her frequent legal troubles, Ms. Lohan possesses irrevocable ties to California that are likely to keep her there for the foreseeable future. Thus, in light of Ms. Lohan’s continuing obligations to the State of California, as well as the foregoing facts, Ms. Lohan is a citizen of California, not New York.

Snap, snap!
So why all the fuss over the location?? According to reports, Pitbull believes he has a better chance if the case is transferred to the federal court. And seeing as how he makes a great point, we don’t know how it could stay in New York!
