Once again, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag were out and about for one of their “candid” paparazzi photo shoots on Monday.

The pair hit up the DMV and it seems like Spencer is really happy he passed some test.

Has he been driving illegally all this time????

Pratt showed off his Jesus tee and Montag, though you can’t see it, had a Virgin Mary chastity belt on!

Update: Turns out the pair were at the DMV to register to vote.

They love Jesus AND America too; how patriotic!
