Raven-Symoné Reveals She Started Wearing Spanx At 14! Find Out The Shocking Reason Why HERE!

Wow. We had absolutely no idea.
While on The View this Wednesday, Raven-Symoné shared a new tidbit about her life in the spotlight as a child actor.
And it was all because Spanx‘s controversial body shaping campaign was brought up.
The Empire starlet revealed:

“I’ve been wearing Spanx since I was about 14 years old. I was a lot heavier when I was younger and when you’re heavy in the industry, you have to look a certain way. I used to put on two or three Spanx at a time and then a minimizer.”

To think that she had body image issues at such a young age really breaks our heart, all while being in the spotlight on Disney‘s That’s So Raven!
