Ohhh boy! This is a DOOZY!
Reese Witherspoon and her husband, Jim Toth, were reportedly arrested and put into jail early Friday morning in Atlanta, Georgia, after the CAA agent was pulled over for driving while intoxicated!
However, while HE alone is facing the DUI charge, it’s the Hollywood starlet whose looking at some serious trouble, as she was ARRESTED separately for disorderly conduct!
That’s right! Gurlfriend was NOT happy with the situation at hand, and despite repeated instruction to stay inside her car, she could not do as she was told and was eventually handcuffed!
According to reports, Toth blew a .139 on a Breathalyzer test, which prompted Reese to lose it and segue into one HELLUVA tantrum!
Just get a load of what went down, according to the police report:
├óΓé¼┼ôMrs. Witherspoon began to hang out the window and say that she did not believe that I was a real police officer. I told Mrs. Witherspoon to sit on her butt and be quiet. She stated that she was a ├óΓé¼╦£US citizen├óΓé¼Γäó and that she was allowed to ├óΓé¼╦£stand on American ground.├óΓé¼Γäó Mrs. Witherspoon asked, ‘Do you know my name?’ I answered, ‘No, I don├óΓé¼Γäót need to know your name.’ I then added, ‘right now.’ Mrs. Witherspoon stated, ‘You├óΓé¼Γäóre about to find out who I am.’ Mrs. Witherspoon also stated, ├óΓé¼╦£You are going to be on national news.├óΓé¼Γäó I advised Mrs. Witherspoon that was fine.├óΓé¼┬¥
Yikes!
The pair were released on bond around 3:30am Friday morning, and have a court appearance scheduled for Monday at 8am.
However, their attorney is expected to appear on their behalf and request the date be postponed!
Talk about some serious DRAMA!
