reward being offered for details on who left a starved dog in a crate
This has completely blown our minds!
Last Saturday, a Labrador retriever mix doggy was found in Waterloo, Iowa locked up in a crate that was sadly dumped by someone, and even though the pooch was found — it was too late because he starved to death.
And to try to get justice on the person who did this, the nonprofit organization, Agape Fosters raised a reward of $2,000 in hopes that someone will turn in the evil person.
The organization said:

“The dog suffered and died in the crate as there was an extreme amount of feces and urine in there.”

OMG! That’s just terrible.
Anyone that has info on this unfortunate tragedy should contact the Waterloo Sheriff’s Department at 319-291-2515, 319-291-4440 or [email protected].
