Rob Kardashian May Move Into Live-In Weight Loss Facility

Rob Kardashian Weight Loss Facility

New Year’s resolution, new resolve… and a bold new tactic.

Rob Kardashian is ready to take a big step on his fitness journey, and according to a new source his best chance at moving forward may be getting stuck in place. Well, in a place.

A source told E! News on Tuesday:

“Rob is considering going away to a live-in facility where he can be 100 percent focused on losing weight.”

Rob has been struggling with his body for a while now. In 2016 he admitted the reason he had broken from the rest of his famous family and stepped away from the spotlight was due to “the whole weight thing,” telling People:

“I gained a bunch of weight and was super uncomfortable in my skin.”

In the years since he has worked on slimming back down to his target weight.

Now it sounds like he’s more than committed! And he has a lot of support in his corner. The source added:

“His family has encouraged him and he feels like it might be just what he needs. He really wants 2020 to be his best year and to finally get healthy.”

Per the insider, the difference now is Rob’s 3-year-old daughter, Dream Kardashian.

“His biggest motivator is Dream and he wants to do it for her.”

So why a facility? The source explained:

“He needs an extra push and this could be the way to do it. At home, there are distractions and it’s easy to fall off course with his eating and working out. He feels like at a live-in facility, he could get the big jump start that he needs.”

Clearly momma Blac Chyna doesn’t have a problem keeping on her fitness routine at home. She’s over here posting videos of home butt workouts with Dream in tow.

Butt obviously everyone is different, and for Rob a live-in facility could be the best course of action.

A source told E! News back in November about the changes Rob had already been making:

“He has cut down fast food and has completely changed his diet. He also stopped drinking, which is really helping him. He is feeling a lot better and seeing results.”

However, we all know how hard it can be to police yourself.

With their strict meal options and structured exercise programs, wellness retreats can do wonders for those with a tendency to fall off the wagon. If you have the money, which of course the Kardashians do.

Really rooting for ya, Rob!
