Shaun White Buys A Beach House!

You can snowboard on warm ocean waves, right??

Shaun White has just dropped a cool $3.85 million on a new beach house — which is $400k LESS than what it was listed for, so apparently he can snowboard AND negotiate!
It’s a 3,500-square-foot house in Encinitas, CA, with 3-bedrooms, 3-baths and it sits right on the coastline. It also has a private staircase leading down to the beach! He is a very good surfer too, if you didn’t understand that we were joking above!
We’re ready for the house-warming party, Shaun! Ha!
