Looks like it’s a big fat NO for Celebrity Rehab. A judge has denied DMX‘s request to leave his Arizona jail cell so that he can film the show in California with Dr. Drew.
A representative for the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona says that the judge rejected the rapper’s request because he’s already making progress in the court-appointed substance abuse program.
The judge offered to let him go when the program ends in July, but the problem is the taping will have already begun for the next season of Celebrity Rehab.
