Steven Spielberg Remembers Robin Williams -- 'A Lightning Storm Of Comic Genius'

robin williams steven spielberg speaks
This is just so sad.
Robin Williams’ friends and family are obviously going through a very hard time right now. But people who worked with the actor are also extremely saddened by his passing.
Someone who is especially upset about Robin’s untimely death is Steven Spielberg.
Steven and Robin worked together on Hook, and the director had nothing but positive things to say about the actor.
Steven remembered his time with Robin by saying:

“Robin was a lightning storm of comic genius and our laughter was the thunder that sustained him. He was a pal and I can├óΓé¼Γäót believe he├óΓé¼Γäós gone.”

This must be so hard for everyone that Robin ever touched with his humor.
Fellow director Chris Columbus, who worked with Robin on Mrs. Doubtfire and Bicentennial Man, added:

“To watch Robin work, was a magical and special privilege. His performances were unlike anything any of us had ever seen, they came from some spiritual and otherworldly place.
He truly was one of the few people who deserved the title of ├óΓé¼╦£genius.’├óΓé¼┬¥

That’s some very high praise for a man who is going to be missed by millions.
