After losing his very public court case with Taylor Swift, which essentially means a court of law judged that he groped her, David Mueller has been given a second chance.
The DJ, who sued Tay after losing his job following complaints he “grabbed her bare ass” in a publicity photo, just got another job at Delta Radio‘s Kix 92.7 WMYQ out of Moorhead, Mississippi.

Mueller will go under the stage name Stonewall Jackson on the Jackson & Jonbob show — possibly to keep some distance from this controversy.
Delta Radio president and CEO Larry Fuss has his own opinion on the matter. He told Inside Radio:
“I was roundly criticized in a Facebook group for offering Mueller a job, but regardless of what he may or may not have done, does he really deserve to be banned from radio for life? He has lots of talent and will sound great on Kix 92.7.”
Look, we’re not saying people shouldn’t get second chances (though we would like to see some contrition first). We’re just saying, should he really get a job where he could be put in the exact same position, meeting and possibly taking publicity photos with young country stars?
And with a new name, so they have no idea…
