The Good Guys Get The Axe

Well, it lasted longer than most of the shiteous less watched shows to which we’ve already said good-bye!

The Good Guys, starring Bradley Whitford and Colin Hanks, has finally been taken out back and shot by the FOX network!

Dallas Film Commission’s Janis Burkland explains:

“We liked the show. And they had a great experience here. But the ratings weren’t good. I think it would have done well on cable. It’s not the kind of show network viewers understand [because] it’s too quirky. Where cable viewers are more apt to go sampling and try out different stuff, network viewers are looking for more traditional shows.”

That may be the case, we think that Colin should head back over to Mad Men! We miss him there!
