Everyone was so concerned for Usher‘s son Usher Raymond V after he almost drowned in a pool on Monday afternoon.
Luckily it looks like the little man will be okay, but now his dad is in some hot water with his ex wife!
Tameka Foster has filed the necessary legal paperwork in Fulton County, Ga. and is asking for an emergency custody hearing.
Foster is claiming that Usher is creating a dangerous environment for their two sons by allowing other people to watch over them – people that Tameka claims are unfit to be looking after their children!!
As of this moment Usher has primary custody of their two boys whereas Tameka has limited custodial rights, but we’re sure the mother will ask the judge at the hearing to give her way more rights!
Usher, though, is still trying to wrap his head around what happened to his son.
Here’s what a source said:
“This was a tragic, unfortunate accident. He is just so relieved that Junior is OK. He was shaken to hear the news but just so relieved.”
We hope these two are able to figure out something without it dragging on in court.
We’re sure that is the last thing that anyone wants!!
