The actress was joined by friends and boyfriend Austin Butler at No Vacancy in Hollywood, where she was obviously the belle of the ball in a creamy Maria Lucia Hohan halter gown complete with white satin gloves and a fur stole!
She could give Rita Hayworth and Veronica Lake a run for their money!
The birthday girl perfected the look with glossy curls, Jenny Packham jewels, and glittery makeup.
